You will lose cell service about 15 minutes before you arrive at the resort.
We have WIFI which supports Wi-Fi calling but not streaming services- so download before you arrive!
The Wi-Fi service in our rural area is not great nor long-range, sometimes the signal wont reach every RV site or Cabin, and we can’t guarantee its usability when the park full! But it is there for emergency calling, checking on emails, or the news.

BC has some BAD forest fire seasons and we do not want to comprise the safety of our property, so opt for fewer fires to make sure they are doused properly.
We have a few communal pits that include free wood and are larger to accommodate everyone.
Propane fire pits are welcome at all sites and cabins.

Our property is large and our schedule is very busy, we do not always have the time to be sitting in the office, while there is lots of outside work to be done!
Emailing us or reserving online is a lot quicker, and we are able to respond while outside.
We also prefer to have a paper trail in order to keep all booking details on hand.

Yes! We love dogs and especially love responsible dog owners. Poop is expected to be cleaned up (we provide bags), and dogs must be leashed at all times for safety and insurance reasons.
Cabins allow 1 large dog >30 lbs or 2 small dogs < 30 lbs.
RV Sites allow 2 pets (dog or cat or combination)
We do not charge a pet fee, please help us keep it that way by respecting our rules :)

All cabins/trailer rentals include basic bed linens, bedding and bath towels. If you would like comfier pillows or a favorite blanket, please bring your own!

Just like hotels and AirBNBs, for Cabin rentals we require a credit card on file for incidentals.
We get it: glass breaks, and things quit working sometimes.
We are very fair with how/if we charge, especially if you let us know before check out.
Cabins are expected to be treated as you would your own home while here.
We do expect cabins to be left clean and not excessively dirty.

We have poured a lot of time, heart & soul, and expenses into making sure we have safer, more modern and comfortable cabins for guests.
We believe our prices are very fair for what and where it is offered.
We do however offer discounts for multiple days of boat rentals!
